On day 0 (yes, we start a day early!), we kick off with a selection of upcoming talent from our very own JonGeduld project.
MAYPLE (BE)
MAYPLE is an exciting DIY punk-funk band from Izegem and Ingelmunster that hits the stage with raw energy and a "boom, clack, bam" mentality. This trio combines funky basslines, groovy drums, and melodic guitars into a sound that is both chaotic and tight. Recently selected for the JonGeduld 2026 trajectory, MAYPLE refuses to sit still, delivering a danceable, rebellious set that drags the crowd into a night of falling, standing back up, and shouting along.
Amused (BE)
Amused is a lightning-fast, high-energy punk band from Bornem guaranteed to deliver all-destroying live shows. Blending fast punk elements with screamy rock influences, their sound channels the spirit of bands like The Chats and Nirvana. The trio recently released their singles Blossom, Junkie, and Over The Edge, and earned a spot in the 2026 JonGeduld coaching trajectory. Get ready for a raw, loud set designed to tear the house down.
Rewilding (BE)
The Ostend-Ghent-based band Rewilding searches for the inner beast with an explosive, unique blend of hip-hop and rock. Featuring raw rap verses laid over a tight rhythm section - enhanced by guitar and trumpet - their music evokes the pure energy of acts like Limp Bizkit and Rage Against The Machine. As a freshly selected Jongeduld resident for 2026, they are fully prepared to return to the essence of wild performance and "rewild" the entire Belgian live scene.
