On day 1, youth centre OHK - pretty much our counterparts from Ostend - kicks off the festival by taking over the bookings for a day.

PPLUM (BE)

The experimental eclectropop duo PPLUM from Antwerp operates as a two-headed organism that plants organic sounds within a dark, synthetic universe. Fueled by the unconventional pop of artists like Björk, PJ Harvey, and St. Vincent, the act bounces between wild animal instinct and a reserved, artificial smile. With haunting, obscure beats, dreamy synths, and utopian vocal lines, they take you on a theatrical adventure. PPLUM creates a fascinating, gorgeous set tailor-made for the adventurous music lover.

Soy Fish (BE)

SOY FISH is a merciless outsider trio from Ostend that has bent jazz, experimental rock, and psychedelia into something extremely raw and intense. Described as "Jimi Hendrix with zero self-control" or a derailed Frank Zappa, the band outright refuses to fit into any predictable musical box. Get ready for super tight, compelling songs full of unexpected twists, strange rhythms, and hard-hitting guitar riffs. Anyone looking for a loud, fearless live act packed with musical craftsmanship and tightly directed chaos will completely lose their minds here.

B O I (BE)

B O I is a quirky, fully independent band from Antwerp-Noord that seasons raw grunge with a touch of indietronica. Their unique sound evokes the mysterious atmosphere of Twin Peaks with a dash of The L Word: mesmerizing and catchy, yet simultaneously sweet and angry. Featuring five talented women on stage, they deliver a layered dynamic of guitars, synths, and electronics. Get ready for an immersive and authentically Antwerp-flavored set that bounces in every direction.

Shiste (BE)

SCHISTE delivers a devastating, uncompromising mix of math-rock, hard-noise, and doom influences. Based in the southern region of Belgium, the band describes their music as "the prophecy of the eardrum stoned by the trumpets of the apocalypse". Featuring fat, crushing guitar riffs and a heavy sound, their show bounces across the entire spectrum of alternative metal, electro-rock, and experimental jazz. Following a line-up change, SCHISTE promises to hit harder than ever on stage, just in time for their new EP that dropped in January 2026.
